What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM noon. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability — please contact us in advance to request.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Breakfast is not automatically included in all rates. When booking directly with us, you may add our curated breakfast experience to your reservation at preferential rates.

Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we offer private airport transfers to and from the hotel. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to arrange your transfer and provide your flight details.

What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours before your arrival date at no charge. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be subject to a one-night cancellation fee.

Do you have a swimming pool and spa?
Yes. Our rooftop pool is open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The Lana Spa offers a full menu of treatments and is available by appointment, seven days a week.

Is parking available at the hotel?
Complimentary valet parking is available for all hotel guests. Our team will take care of your vehicle upon arrival. Self-parking is also available nearby.

Are pets permitted at The Lana?
We welcome well-behaved pets with advance notice. A nominal housekeeping fee applies. Please inform us when making your reservation so we may prepare accordingly.

Our concierge team is available 24 hours a day to assist with dining reservations, excursions, transportation, and any special requests to make your stay exceptional.
